We have plenty of non-marketing friends on facebook, who’ll certainly give their opinion on either a great or really bad experience w/a product or service. so i guess the challenge, would be: how do companies provide these people w/portable/shareable ‘stuff’ that they can make their own and share relevant bits of it to their friends? the brass plum example from ZJ is excellent execution of this.
